production from the early Twentieth Century to the present, is presented
in dioramas and static displays as well as hands-on exhibits.

the Dairy Festival in June, with the Texas State
Champion Homemade Ice Cream Freeze-Off, the Independence
Day Celebration on the Square, which ends with a live concert
and fireworks show; and in September, the Hopkins County Stew
Contest is a part of the annual Fall Festival.
