Whether you are in the mood for pizza or an artisan sandwich, you will not walk away from our meeting place hungry. This chef-owned restaurant has quickly become one of the most beloved restaurants in New Braunfels, due in part to their community involvement and true talent with preparing fresh, local grown produce into delicious pies! -Our first thirst-quenching stop will be a Seguin Brewing Logoquiet little brewery with a non-traditional setup and a beautiful seating area, Seguin Brewing Co. Being that Seguin is known for its pecans, this little brewery’s flagship is the Honey Pecan Cream Ale(highly recommended). We will enjoy an in-depth private tour by the owner/head brewer to learn about the beer brewing process and the uniqueness of their system. -Next we will make our way over to Texas Mead Works, a family-owned meadery and winery between Seguin and San Marcos. We will get to taste craft meads and wines with an impressive range of flavors that will surely set the ambience, if the beautiful landscape hasn’t already! For those of you looking for a gluten-free option, this is your place!! -To round out your experience, don’t be alarmed when you look around and feel we are lost in the country, this only means that we are heading in the right direction. BS Brewing will not feel like your typical brewery as they do not have all the bells and whistles of traditional microbreweries. However, they produce phenomenal beers that you can enjoy under the great big Texas sky! -Our trek back to Old Downtown New Braunfels brings us to Patek’s Craft Beer Bar.
