Downtown Davis Street The Roughneck BBQ Cook Off is an IBCA sanctioned Barbecue Cook-off, and the Chili Cook Off is a Tolbert sanctioned Chili Cook-off. Both of these events benefit the Luling Oil Museum. Live Music, Food, Arts and Crafts vendors, Car Show – Sign up to sit at the judging tables.
