Come an enjoy a 5K run followed by a Polar Bear Plunge into City Park Pool! There will be a Costume and Belly Flop Contests. The 5k is $20 to register early; $25 the day of, and includes a shirt and the plunge. Plunge itself has no cost, but if you want to do just the plunge and receive a shirt, cost is $15 and you may sign up at: https://redemptionrp.raceentry.com/races/5k-run-to-the-polar-bear-plunge/2017/register for the 5k and at: https://apm.activecommunities.com/copperascovepkrec if you only want to do the plunge and receive a shirt. Must be 10 years or older to participate in the plunge. There will be a raffle at the plunge for anyone signed up for the 5k or those who plunge and buy a shirt. Prizes will include: an individual pool pass, a family pool pass, free rounds of golf at The Hills of Cove Golf Course and more! Refreshments will be available to participants after the run!
