Open Car Show, If it runs bring it! “Welcome Outlaws and Fans!” We at the Phoenix Organization, have always been a part of the benefits and fundraisers here in Jefferson Texas. We want to welcome everyone to this family event on the third weekend of April every year. The Outlaw Nationals Car Show is held in downtown Jefferson Texas.
