Local artist Carol Plumb, paints in oil on linen, canvas, often working in large scale to enhance the grandness of our landscape. She graduated from The Minneapolis College of Art Design with a BFA. Later, Carol earned a teaching certification, at Middlebury College, Vermont. She had taught locally, at Brownsville Museum of Fine Art, South Padre Island Art Space and privately, and currently at Seaside Art Studio, on South Padre Island.Carol has been a member of the Brownsville Museum of Fine Art for over ten years, and currently is serving on the Board of Trustee.
