The Dallas and Preston Trail Chapters of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers in partnership with the American Society of Civil Engineers- Dallas Branch, the Society of American Military Engineers - Dallas Post and the Society of Petroleum Engineers- Dallas Section are hosting a luncheon honoring 10 distinguished engineers from the metroplex. The luncheon provides networking opportunities with the largest audience of professional engineers in Texas and raises funds to promote and enhance careers in engineering. In lieu of a keynote address, a panel of educators and engineers will address the 2020 Engineers Week theme “Pioneers of Progress” - the 30th anniversary of DiscoverE’s first nationwide call for engineers to visit classrooms and introduce K-12 students to engineering.
