Brady Lake Park
The lake’s adjacent 170-acre park features lots of campgrounds and RV hookups, with 14 cabanas available for rental at the marina. You can also take advantage of the pavilion and picnic areas, restrooms with showers, and 15 tent sites for those who truly want to rough it.

Brady Municipal Golf Course
The city of Brady maintains this small course northwest of town that features nine holes of play, a pro shop, and a concessions area. Green fees are very reasonable, especially for twilight and weekday play. The course is closed Mondays for maintenance.

Earnest O. Martin Memorial Park
Located next to Richards Park, Brady’s aquatic complex includes a pool, basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, a covered pavilion, a hiking trail, and a butterfly garden. The pool is open every day except Monday throughout the summer.

Heart of Texas Country Music Museum
Memorabilia from more than 100 artists are featured at the Heart of Texas Country Music Museum, including some of the most iconic names in the industry, like Patsy Cline, Roy Acuff, and Ernest Tubb. Hours are Friday through Sunday, with special viewings during the week available by appointment.

Heart of Texas Historical Museum
Housed in the old McCulloch County Jail building, the Heart of Texas Historical Museum exhibits displays on life in the clink in the early 20th century, as well as military artifacts and gear. The museum is open afternoons Friday through Sunday, with group tours available upon request.

Kenneth Medlock Gun Range
This gun range near Brady Lake is the home of the Texas Muzzle Loading Rifle Association. Fire away at the metal game on the silhouette range or bring your 12-gauge (and your own targets) for the shotgun range. The TMLRA also hosts events here for young and old shooters throughout the year.
