Fort Duncan Park
In addition to the softball fields and sports complex, the park is home to the Fort Duncan Museum, which commemorates the First United States Infantry encampment set up back in 1849. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the museum displays exhibits on the history of the fort and is located inside the original army headquarters building, which is one of eight other restored buildings in the park.
