Nothing warms the heart or brings as many smiles quite as much as the IBC Youth Parade Under the Stars. Children all across Laredo eagerly anticipate to be wowed by the creative imaginations of area schools and youth groups. Be prepared to see creative illuminated floats, dance and band routines, and musical arrangements all made possible by International Bank of Commerce Bank. Dr. A. Marcus Nelson, L.I.S.D. Superintendent, will serve as the Youth Parade Under Stars Marshal.
