Earth, Water, Dance!: A family festival of the arts

Earth, Water, Dance! is a family festival of the arts. There will be performances, arts and crafts, and educational glass bottom boat rides ($10 for adults, children 10 and under free). Author Nikki Loftin will read at 2:30 p.m., and author Edward Carey will read at 3:15 p.m. River City Ballet will perform from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
