A 2017 James Beard Award winner and executive chef of Hugo’s Restaurant, Hugo Ortega, will journey to Marathon this summer for the annual Grilling at the Gage culinary series. Ortega will curate a menu featuring his award-winning specialties, served with wine and live music to follow.
