Join Carrie and Chef Dave this month in the garden for a fall-friendly class that includes aromatherapy-based mindfulness and restorative relaxation techniques with a mindful culinary demonstration and sampling. No experience necessary. Please bring a mat or blanket. All ages welcome. $15 ($13.50 members) per person.
