Friends of BARC hosts the 11th annual, super fun, Silent and Live Auction benefitting the dogs and cats at BARC! Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Cadillac Bar! Halloween Costume Contest with 3 top prizes!!! Heavy Bites * Live Auction * Silent Auction * Raffle * Wine Toss * Frozen Margaritas All money raised goes directly to help the homeless pet population at BARC, Houston’s municipal animal shelter.
