Pioneer Camp has been thoughtfully designed to educate and inspire children, as well as build confidence, emphasize teamwork and maximize fun! Campers will experience all the best as a camper at the Heritage Farmstead Museum–exploring agricultural history, enjoying nature and creek life on our 4.5 acre historical site. Pioneer Camp focuses on animal care and the exploration of our authentic historic site. Campers will experience life on the Blackland Prairie as it was at the turn of the twentieth century. Farm chores, outdoor games, and explorations of our historic farmstead are all part of the Pioneer Camp experience. Recommended for ages 6 - 12.
