Bill earned his Doctor of Music in Trombone Performance from Florida State University, Master of Music in Trombone Performance from the University of North Texas and Bachelor of Music in Trombone Performance from the University of Alaska at Fairbanks. And he will be performing his music in Trombone to the public.
