The CreArte Expo is an arts festival celebrating Latino culture though comics, film, music, dance and more in Brownsville, TX and Matamoros, MX. This multi-genre event is dedicated to the entire community and people of all ages and interests. As the only binational Expo in the United States, our goal is to entertain and inspire.
