Denton Liberty Fun Run

Denton is a great place to spend the 4th! Start off your day with the Liberty 5K run or 1-mile walk.
Registration ends July 1 at midnight. The cost is $25 per person; register online. Race day registration is 6 to 7 a.m.; $30 per person. Packet pick up is Wednesday, July 3rd, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Denton Civic Center.
After the Fun Run, head down to the streets of the Downtown Square for the 4th of July Yankee Doodle Parade! Spend some time in Quakertown Park for family fun and make sure to end your day at the UNT Apogee Stadium for live music followed by a spectacular fireworks show! With so many events going on, there is something for the whole family!
