Kidfish

Mesquite Parks and Recreation presents Kidfish at City Lake Park, 403 South Galloway Avenue. Registration begins at 8 a.m.; with the official “casting of the first lure” being at 9 a.m. Kidfish is a free event for children 16 and younger. All fishing participants must register for the event. Poles and bait are provided, or participants may use their own fishing gear. Prizes and trophies are awarded immediately following the final measuring and weigh-in of the fish.
