Bob Wills Fiddle Festival and Contest

November kicks off with a weekend dedicated to the King of Western Swing – Bob Wills! Every year, fiddlers and fiddle fans of all ages from all over the country (and world) gather in Downtown Greenville for the Bob Wills Fiddle Festival and Contest. Unique to Greenville, this annual event will have you tapping your toes and falling in love with the official music of Texas - Western Swing! Complete with outdoor stages, Western Swing bands, vendors, a car show, a historical exhibit, and a huge headliner concert at the GMA, this is THE Music Event of the Fall! The Bob Wills Fiddle Festival & Contest is Greenville’s signature Western Swing celebration, honoring the legacy of Bob Wills. This two-day event includes: Free live music and festivities in downtown Greenville Fiddle contests featuring musicians of all ages Vendors and community activities A ticketed headline concert at the Greenville Municipal Auditorium Drawing visitors from across Texas and beyond, the festival celebrates Greenville’s deep musical roots and continues to grow each year.
