East Texas Oilmen's Chill Cook-Off

Each October, oilfield workers from Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas gather for a chili cook-off in Kilgore where more than 100 teams compete and hundreds of spectators partake in the spicy goodness. This Kilgore chili cook-off benefits the East Texas Treatment Center. Tickets are $10 for all you can EAT
