'Trout Fishing in America' Songwriting Workshop & Concert

At this one-of-kind workshop with Keith Grimwood and Ezra Idlet, the duo will not only share their unique techniques, strategies, and methodology for writing songs, but will guide attendees through the creation of their own original song, teaching basic songwriting steps like brainstorming topics, developing storylines, finding rhymes, and building self-esteem by turning everyday ideas into music. This workshop will be from on March 21 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Butler's Courtyard. After the workshop, Trout Fishing in America will perform a FREE concert FOR ALL AGES from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at League park, located within walking distance at 512 2nd Street in League City. Be sure to bring your lawn chair or blanket. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Cost: $24 for those who are participating in the workshop. FREE for those attending the concert only.
