You could travel the world to experience the vast diversity of global wines, or you could spend an evening at Britt's Wine and Dine in Kilgore, TX, and have the world brought to you. Within its storied walls—formerly a segregated school building—you'll be taken on a sophisticated and rewarding journey by way of a diverse portfolio of personally crafted wines. Among them will be regional, national, and international flavors thoughtfully paired with a culinary counterpart. To complement the wines, the menu includes everything from Hot Honey Fried Shrimp to the Britt Burger, voted "Best Burger" in Kilgore. 

As part of its mission to both serve and educate, Britt's provides intimate experiences like the VIP Pairing Dinner and "EduTasting" presentations. Throughout the year, you can also expect themed events to match the season, both on and off the premises. 

All of this is spearheaded by the man himself, Britt Davis. He's no entrepreneur opening a winery on a whim, but a truly passionate student of the craft. It's no surprise, as Britt grew up in the heart of Napa Valley, one of the most famous wine regions on the planet. From there, he traveled the world, learning all he could, until eventually settling in Kilgore. To ensure the highest quality possible, it's Britt who curates the bottles, leads guided tastings and pairings, and imparts his own love of wine to newcomers and seasoned palates alike. 

Beneath the logo of Britt's Wine & Dine, you'll find three simple words: sip, savor, and socialize. We've covered the first two, but the final word is not to be glossed over. Britt's historic building, once known as the Old Elder School, has been restored with the same level of consideration given to the wine. The space is designed to be intimate and homey, like the memory of a past home filled with friends. It's perfectly suited to private dinners, gatherings, or just a relaxing night out. Just as the greatest wine can still be improved by savoring it with the right food, so can it be further improved by a warm atmosphere and friendly faces.
