Before becoming a Broadway hit in 1994, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST got its start just down the road at the Hobby Center in Houston, Texas. Join us as we bring these magical characters to life!

She Loves Me:
Dec 1 – 17, 2017

Just in time for the holidays, SHE LOVES ME delivers a charming love story for all audiences. The plot follows two pen-pals as they fall for each other, completely unaware that they’ve been working side by side, driving each other crazy! If the story sounds familiar, you’ve probably seen the movie that inspired it, “The Shop Around the Corner,” or the 1998 version, “You’ve Got Mail.” This Tony Award winning musical was recently revived on Broadway and became the first to be live-streamed, thanks to BroadwayHD!

Feb 23 – Mar 4, 2018

One of our most requested choices for the season, we are so happy to bring this classic piece back to our stage. CAMELOT debuted on Broadway in 1960 with Julie Andrews, Richard Burton, and the timeless music of Lerner and Loewe. You’ll hear favorites like “C’est Moi” and “I Loved You Once in Silence.” Join King Arthur, Guinevere, Lancelot, Merlin and more for this beautiful tale!

Big, the Musical:
Apr 20 – May 6, 2018

Do not miss this hilarious and family friendly production, adapted from the 1988 film starring Tom Hanks! 12-year old Josh Baskins grows up overnight after making a wish at a carnival game. Watch as Josh navigates his new adult world while trying to get back to his youth. Nominated for several Tony awards including Best Score, Best Book, and Best Choreography, BIG has great roles and appeal for both adults and children alike!

The Threepenny Opera:
June 15 – 24, 2018

The Theatre Company is thrilled to finally bring this beautiful piece to our stage! THE THREEPENNY OPERA originated in the 1920s and has been revived on and off Broadway at least 5 times, most recently with Alan Cumming, Cyndi Lauper, and Ana Gasteyer. You’ll definitely recognize the classic character and song, “Mack the Knife.” The story follows Mack as he marries Polly Peachum, without the approval of her father. What ensues is a beautiful tale filled with colorful characters and unforgettable music!
