Lindale Candy Company
The lost art of hand-pulled peppermint is alive and well at Lindale Candy Company, open since 1946. Watch candy artisans stretch small batch peppermint candy, applying festive striping and peppermint extract by hand. All sorts of chocolates, peanut brittle, and other confections are also offered as well.

Pink Pistol Boutique

Old Mill Pond Museum
This tranquil 20-acre complex takes you back to the period of the 1850s to the 1950s with 14 buildings, hundreds of artifacts and fascinating interpretative materials. From the blacksmith shop to a working mill, you’ll see a wide variety of exhibits that bring this fascinating period to life.

Darden Harvest Park
Stretch your legs in this 23-acre park which also features a playground and splash pad, a paved one-mile walking trail, an 18-hole disc golf course, and a dog park where you can let Rover off the leash. There’s also a concert stage and a covered pavilion. The park includes accessibility features for children of all abilities.
