Dickens in Historic Downtown Plano

Mark your calendar for this FREE annual holiday celebration produced by the City of Plano. Nestled in the heart of the Downtown Plano Arts District, Dickens is the holiday event of the year! Live entertainment, delicious food, a variety of attractions, and a visit from Santa allow for everyone in the family to have something to enjoy. Try out the snow tubing hill, carriage rides, and the ice fights. There will be three stages with live music and entertainment. The annual tree lighting is at 7:00 pm. Food vendors will be onsite to offer an assortment of tasty treats during the evening and downtown restaurants will be open for your dining pleasure. Many downtown businesses extend their hours for this annual event and street vendors will be on hand to help you shop for those on your “nice” list. Families and leashed dogs are welcome! The event is located in Haggard Park, McCall Plaza and on a limited section of 15th Street in Downtown Plano. Free parking is available at the Plano Municipal Center (1520 K Avenue) and public lots off 14th Street. Stay tuned for more details!
