The "Sausage Capitol of Texas" celebrates sausage and all things porcine in this annual, fun-filled event. This year's event is October 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. "Warm Hearts and Hot Guts" are featured themes along with the "Royal Hog Coronation." The famous Sowpremes are featured with many other live bands and a variety of arts and crafts, kids activities, cow patty bingo, road hog car show, BBQ pork cook-off, the "pearls before swine" art show plus great food and live music.
