The Bastrop Patriotic Festival is an admission free, all-day, family-friendly festival featuring activities such as 5K/1K runs, exhibits, performances, dunk tanks with city officials, petting zoo, games, eating contests, live music, a firework display and much more. Some activities do have associated costs such as water slides at Water Wonderland (all-day wristbands are $10) and run registrations (5K is $35 and 1K is $15). Food and drinks will also have various costs. The Bastrop Patriotic Festival will also offer a free shuttle service from the Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center between 12 - 11 p.m.
