Always the first weekend of the Dogwood Celebration, this long running event in Downtown and Old Town Palestine offers a parade, craft and novelty vendors, great food vendors, Art Galleries, street entertainment, live music and more. The festival is presented by the Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce.
