The Bizarre Bazaar

Get the kids an early start on trick-or-treating. Fun costumes are encouraged. Local businesses, artists, and crafters from around the Kerrville area will have booths in the Kerr Arts & Cultural Center. We’ll have dancing and wine at the KACC and dining options nearby.
