Imagine being a soldier in 1942, plucked from your small hometown and immersed in an entirely unfamiliar culture. The food is all new to you, the music sounds nothing like what you’re used to, and your new roommate is a blue-tongued skink. With our latest event, we invite guests to experience the culture shock that WWII soldiers might have encountered upon leaving home for the first time. With a menu carefully curated to provide culturally authentic cuisine, exotic animals supplied by Once in a Wild, and Museum artifacts on display from the South Pacific, guests can fully immerse themselves in the cultures of the pacific.
