Taste of Texas: Charcuterie Board Workshop

Build your own board with The Board Couple! Continue celebrating our summer exhibit by joining The Board Couple for a night of hands-on food and knowledge. Monica Nino and Bryan Gonzales, owners of The Board Couple, will lead guests in making their own charcuterie boards while sharing food science and styling knowledge. All supplies are included, and complimentary beer and wine will be served. This is perfect for date night as a couple, friends, or as a treat to yourself. Each guest will receive a custom-made wooden charcuterie board, knives, printed menu to recreate again. Menu includes assorted cheeses, meats, dark chocolate, house-made nut mix and more.
