Free Screening June 1, 2025 at 1 p.m. Experience the history of Juneteenth from its birthplace in Galveston. Event Details Juneteenth: The Galveston Story features stories about Juneteenth as told by prominent Galveston County community and descendants of the people who were there in 1865. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to explore the exhibitions and participate in H-E-B Free First Sunday family activities!
