Held in the Museum’s Memorial Courtyard, this tribute honors the crew of the USS Indianapolis, whose tragic mission led to one of the deadliest naval disasters in U.S. history. Guests will pause for a moment of reflection at the ship’s commemorative plaques, followed by a special screening of the Documentary USS Indianapolis: The Legacy in the Historic Nimitz Ballroom.
