Wonders of Winter

Families won’t want to miss Wonders of Winter at Forest Park, a signature holiday event hosted by Denison Parks & Recreation. On the second Friday in December, the park transforms into a festive playground, complete with a snow play zone, petting zoo, face painting, a vendor village, train and carnival rides, s’mores, and live music. This joyful celebration is a reminder that winter fun can thrive even in the heart of Texas, offering memorable experiences for visitors of all ages.
