Event Details Join us for a birthday party to celebrate the Museum’s namesake, the 38th Lieutenant Governor of Texas Bob Bullock, with crafts, games, and FREE exhibit admission. Explore Texas under one roof through three floors of exhibitions that showcase 16,000 years of history through artifacts from around the state. Activities are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Activities Interact with patriotic-themed Geometiles with MathHappens Participate in STEM activities with Girlstart Enjoy game stations in the Grand Lobby Pick up a free cup of vanilla custard, Bob’s favorite treat (while supplies last) 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sing along with musician Staci Gray during live music performances in the Grand Lobby that the whole family will enjoy 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Enjoy a storytime with Austin Public Library of Bob’s favorite children’s book, The Little Red Hen, followed by a craft 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Stop by the free face painting station in the Grand Lobby
