52nd Annual Windfest

The Portland Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Windfest Festival on April 1-4, 2027, at the Portland Community Center in Portland, TX. Windfest is a family-friendly event that features a carnival, activities for all ages, and live entertainment. Our Annual event brings in over 10k attendees and there are lots of fun things to be a part of this year! Activities include Windfest Parade, Live Entertainment, Dachshund Dash, Car Show, Marketplace vendors, IBCA Sanctioned State Championship BBQ Cook-off, Cornhole Tournament, Pickleball Tournament, Carnival and more. Entertainment schedule is to be announced. Vendors can apply online beginning Nov. 27, 2026. Registrations for tournaments, parade and tickets are available online and will open by Jan. 1, 2027.
