Little Farmer Friday: Rodeo on the Farm

Little farmers can dress in their cowboy and cowgirl best for Rodeo on the Farm at Heritage Farmstead Museum. Children can run the barrels, rope a hay bale steer, watch a sheep roundup, meet the farm animals, listen to a story and make a rodeo craft. Designed for preschoolers and their grown-ups, Little Farmer Friday is most appropriate for children ages 2 to 5. Activities run from 10 a.m. to noon, and the farm grounds remain open until 2 p.m. Families are welcome to bring lunch or a snack to enjoy on the farm.
