Nilgai Cooking Competition

Join us for the South Texas Ecotourism Center's first Nilgai Cook off and Market Day in partnership with the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge's "Last Shot Draw Hunt". This special event features much more than just the permit draw. It showcases a Nilgai cooking competition, food & drinks, local vendors, informational booths, exhibits, family-friendly activities and more!
