Wassailfest

Wassailfest is an annual downtown New Braunfels tradition that kicks off the holiday season by bringing the community together for free wassail tastings, festive lights, and live music from local school choirs while sampling unique recipes from local businesses, nonprofits, and organizations. About Celebrate one of the most cherished traditions in New Braunfels... Wassailfest! Wassail is a traditional German holiday beverage consisting of a warm, spiced apple drink, cranberry juice, orange juice, and other spices and flavors. It may contain alcohol (leaded) or not (unleaded). Event Shuttles & Parking Park for free at New Braunfels City Hall (550 Landa St.), hop on the shuttle, and ride straight to the event.
