The Pioneer Museum provides a one-of-a-kind look into the lives of Fredericksburg’s first settlers. Property Rental Prices
Former Sanctuary: $1,000

Includes eight-foot tables and folding chairs for banquets, or 200 folding chairs for theater seating.

Social Hall: $350

Includes eight-foot tables and folding chairs for banquets, or 90 folding chairs for theater seating.

Wagon Yard: $1,500

Includes use of Social Hall for staging purposes. Grounds have capacity for 500 people.

Board Room: $100

Includes four tables and 12 chairs.
