Rockport Center for the Arts Hours and Admission

The Rockport Center for the Arts in downtown Rockport, Texas is a multi-disciplinary arts center attracting thousands of visitors annually. Rebuilt and reopened in December 2022, its innovative 1.2-acre campus includes spaces for a variety of different experiences across artistic media. Four art galleries, five classrooms, performing arts spaces, a sculpture garden, events space, and more help bring top-notch arts and culture programming to locals and visitors.

Events and Programming

RCA hosts numerous annual events, including the Rockport Art Festival every July 4th weekend and the Rockport Film Festival each fall. In addition, live music performances under the Music @ the ROCC and Performing Arts Series banners feature exceptional concerts with musical artists from a variety of genres. Weekly Free Family Saturdays give kids and parents a welcoming, fun place to drop by and make a DIY project.

Separate from the exhibit space, the Rockport Conference Center, or The ROCC, is available for private event rentals. Offering a stunning waterfront backdrop and the different exhibits within the RCA, the conference center is an unmatched, inspiring location for a wide variety of corporate, nonprofit, and private events.

The RCA also features a gift shop with numerous works for sale by local artists.
