Kemah Lighthouse and Pocket Park
This iconic blue and white lighthouse is a testament to Kemah's ingenuity. The lighthouse is both a water tower and a beacon for sailors. A 750-pound lens within an enclosed lantern room sits atop the water tower and makes a full rotation every minute. This lighthouse is as unique as its location — the Lighthouse District in which boutiques, spas, ethnic restaurants, BBQ joints, eclectic bars, and experiential dining all rub elbows.
