Blues, bluegrass, acoustic rock, jazz, and folk music. You name it, you’ll hear it at the Kerrville Folk Festival. For nearly 50 years, this annual tradition has showcased the craft of singing and songwriting by spotlighting up-and-coming performers with established artists. Over 11 days, it combines evening concerts with daytime fun like group hikes, guided bike rides, craft beer and wine seminars, and classes and workshops perfect for developing your own talents. With a lineup of more than 50 artists and plenty more to see and do, the Kerrville Folk Festival has something for everyone.

Kerrville Folk Festival Camping & Parking

Access to the campground is included with every ticket to the festival. The campgrounds have showers, toilets, potable water, and free-standing water spigots. Electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and an Electric Permit (which can be purchased at the Electric Permit kiosk near the Crossroads in the campground) is required for electricity access.

Reservations aren’t needed for tent camping; you can pitch your tent anywhere you like. You may even make some new friends.

RVs require reservations, considering that there are only 92 RV sites in the campground (57 with full hook-ups, 35 with only electricity and water, no sewer). You can find more information about the festival RV sites here.
