Lone Star Half Marathon & Mayor’s 5K
Get your training in to prepare for this Arlington half marathon and 5K run, which takes you on an early-morning jaunt on a course with varied terrain that takes you past many of Arlington’s top sites. Run through the University of Texas at Arlington and the entertainment district and past AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park, home of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers respectively.

Texas Scottish Festival & Highland Games
The unmistakable sounds of blowing bag pipes and the rhythmic steps of Highland Dancers can be heard and seen at Arlington’s mid-May Scottish cultural festival. NewPlayFest
