A note regarding COVID-19

 Ingredients:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.  

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar and baking powder.  Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.  
Drop dough by large teaspoonfuls about 5 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 4 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.  Let stand 1 minute before removing with a spatula to a wire rack to cool.  Repeat the process until you have used up all the dough, cleaning and regreasing the cookie sheets as necessary.
